Service Description

Course Length: 3 hours​ Description: Foundational No-Code Playbook knowledge for Leaders, who seek to become No-code Stakeholders. Who: Senior functional leader that acts as an executive sponsor on behalf of the business unit overall. Examples include business function leaders or general managers. Articulates the business vision, deeply understands the domain and has authority to make final decisions related to scope and business requirements.​ Requirements: 5-10 years of operational business leadership and understands business process. Does not need to be deeply technical but should have an understanding of technology and its ability to impact the business.​ Training Topics:​ - Introduction to No-code concepts and development principles (20 min)​ - Understand the entire No-Code lifecycle, from start to finish (45 min)​ - Defining and recruiting the right No-code roles, team and setting the delivery model (20 min)​ - Defining and approving the business vision, requirements and high-level design (30 min)​ - Using Kanban to manage No-code delivery and to set/optimize priorities in the backlog (20 min)​ - Shaping your Minimum Viable Product (MVP), project schedule and allocating resources (30 min)​ - Q & A (15 min)​ Format: Presented as a virtual live, instructor-based, guided training format; optionally can be bundled as part of a customized Corporate Delivery learning approach for your Enterprise as part of classes delivered for an integrated project/work team.​
